Is there anyway to fix the "Something's not right" error for my payroll?! it's been like this for MONTHS. I cant even access payroll record to switch to a new software!!?

Being able to run payroll is imperative to any business with employees to get them paid on time. I'd be happy to help you get your payroll back up and running.

If you're running into issues with using the payroll add on the first step to try is to clear your cache and cookies. Once you clear it out I recommend opening QuickBooks in a private browser such as Google Chromes Incognito mode. If that still doesn't work you can also try a different browser or computer to see if it happens on multiple.
