Question

Is there anyway to go back and allow payroll to add history? I just signed up and apparently I didn't click something and now I can't add history prior to 2022.

I was on a chat for over an hour with someone and was talking in circles. The just is they say I can't go back, but they were helping many people and kept asking me my problem and even called me by a different name so they had many problems they were solving at one time, so the trust level is a bit low on what they told me... any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks James, I did exactly that and got nowhere with the chat. I can try a call - the chat was a waste of over an hour.  Thanks.
