Is there way to have payroll come out of the bank in 1 lump sum instead of each individual paystub?

I can see the benefit of being able to have a lumpsum withdrawal for your payroll wages. That being said, I'd like to make sure we're both on the same page. Are you running your payroll all at once and then seeing individual charges on your bank statement? Is the payroll being ran on the same day or you're running it on different days?
