Question

It would seem we are unable to complete the employee section given the yellow ! beside each employee. what are we missing?

adding employees to payroll module.  all relevant data provided; personal, pay, deductions, but will not allow to proceed to the next step

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic way to pay your staff with confidence.  It's important that you're able to set up your employees and proceed with payroll without delay!

 

I recommend contacting out outside of Community.  A member of our Customer Care team will be happy to work with you personally, and look into your situation in more depth from the back end.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
