Moved from Jonas to QBO end of Jan 2023 - Jan payroll was done Jonas - - how do i make this adjustment in QBO for T4 purposes?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll, provides the option to enter your employee's payroll history, to ensure a positive outcome on the associated payroll forms.  I would be glad to assist!

When setting up your employees, you'll see the option to add their payroll history.  If you've added your employees already, follow these steps to enter their payroll history;

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as the Primary admin

2. From the left menu, open Payroll, and select Overview

3. Beside Add your payroll history, select Start.

If you don't see this option, you'll need to contact our QuickBooks Online Payroll specialists outside of community.  They will be able to work with you directly and ensure the payroll data is entered and the associated T4 slips are accurate.
