Hello Grbusiness,

Sometimes it's necessary to adjust your pay date and I'd be happy to show you how. QuickBooks is a great program for small business owners looking to elevate their business using the advanced tools and resources offered in the program.

In order to reflect the pay date as 30 or 31, you'll have update the pay schedule. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to Settings ⚙, then select Payroll Settings.
  2. In the Payroll and Services, select Pay Schedules.
  3. Select Edit next to the pay schedule you want to update or delete.
  4. Update the pay schedule's info.
  5. Make sure the changes are saved.
