My employees are receiving the error of “Your employer is not connects to QuickBooks Payroll” when trying to access their paystubs. I’ve been using QuickBooks payroll.

Most of the time, this error is caused by a simple error with the credentials. The quickest way to get it resolved is by using one of the following methods to reach out directly to an agent. They'll be able to take a look on our end to sort this out.

Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback (Note: Callback hours are the same as regular phone hours.)
