My payroll deductions report is set to pay twice a month, I need to change it to every 15th of the month. how?

It sounds to me like you're looking to change the remittance frequency for your payroll taxes. This is an easy fix using QuickBooks Online Payroll, and I'm happy to give you a hand.

To make a chance to your Remittance Frequency, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Taxes menu on the left and choose Payroll Taxes.
2. Hit Edit your tax setup.
3. Choose Federal Tax Information.
4. Under Remittance Frequency, select Change or add new frequency.
5. Select Monthly (regular remitter) and choose the Effective Date. 
6. Hit OK when you're finished to save your chances.
