Question

My payroll was switched from 2 days to 5 days without notice. I need to switch it back. There is no option to do on in my account.

I called in and was told to speak to payroll risk. The numbers provided do not go to this department. I have spoke to 10 different agents in Canada and the US today. Noone knows how to get this department or how to fix this problem. Help!

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a valuable feature for paying your staff with confidence.  When direct deposit is set up for employees, there'll be a lead time for submitting payroll to ensure it's deposited on time.  I'll be happy to provide more information here, so you're on the right track with your work.

I did a chat with payroll support who provided me with a phone number for payroll risk team. I then spoke to no less than 9 different people in Canada and the US and was passed around but noone is able to transfer me to the payroll risk people. I was twice provided with a link for payroll risk chat but the links are not active. 

Support has been extremely poor and frustrating.  I expect better from Intuit.  I would like a phone number directly to payroll risk, not one that goes to an automated answer system.
