Need to change year to date amounts for employees - payroll has already run and the year to date tab disappeared

Welcome to the community family! It's great you're using QuickBooks Online Payroll to easily manage your employees. I know how important it is to keep your payroll information accurate. I'd be happy to assist you with this.

 

Because entering the Year to date payroll info is required before running payroll in the system, the Year to date tab disappears after you've processed your employee's first payroll. To change YTD amounts in situations where you've already run payroll for an employee, you'd need direct assistance with one of our agents. Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback (Note: Callback hours are the same as regular phone hours.)
