You can try to find it in "advanced search".

Hi there. It's important that all your tax filings and payments are correctly recorded in your books so that you know your balance due to the government. QuickBooks online is able to calculate taxes on transactions and add them up in the tax centre to show you the amounts for each line of your return for the tax period.

One way to locate transactions would be to use the advanced search function as stated previously by PrachiJoshi. To access the advanced search function, click on the Magnifying glass Icon in the top right, then scroll down the suggestions to the advanced search option after typing some text in the search bar.

If you can't see the transaction in the Payment subsection of the Taxes tab, then browsing data might be affecting your navigation in QuickBooks Online. Here are some steps to resolve any issues caused by your browser:

If you still can't see the payment after trying these steps, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view your account in a secure setting in order to be able to help you find that tax payment. You can reach them using one of these ways:

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat
Social Media: FacebookTwitter, and Instagram.

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out here.
