Next Payroll Date showing a date that has past?

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online Payroll has the versatility you need to ensure the information is accurate when paying your staff.  I'll be happy to help!

There are a couple of ways to set the pay schedule for your employees.  When you run payroll you can use the ▼ dropdown menu to select the Date range and then enter the Pay date.  Another way is through the payroll settings.  You can have multiple pay periods for your staff.  To learn more about how to add or edit the pay schedules, click here.
