Not limited to Payroll: I've been using QBO for several years. Recently started on a new file and the '+' key is behaving as Enter. How do I stop this?

Using keyboard commands can be a really handy way to speed up your workflow. QuickBooks Online has a few keyboard shortcuts that help you navigate through your account.

The plus (+) button isn't one of our listed shortcuts, so perhaps this is a setting that's installed on your computer. I'd suggest getting in touch with an IT specialist to have them walk you through steps to disable keyboard shortcuts like this from happening.
