On Nov 15, 2023, why have payroll direct deposits not been received by employees on pay day even though pay direct deposits are marked 'Processed'?

The source bank account had sufficient funding.

It's good you've double-checked to see if there are sufficient funds in the bank as insufficient funds can cause the deposit not to go through as expected. Here's a helpful list that shows reasons that could cause the issue you've described above: 

 

  • The account is closed
  • Invalid account number
  • Unable to locate account

It's also important to make sure you've transmitted your payroll information to Intuit before 5:00 PM (PT) at least 2 banking days before the pay date. I encourage you to double-check with the info above and let me know how you make out. I'll be one message away in case you need anything else.
