Our bank account is linked, but when we submitted our payroll for this week it is showing in the minuses for our quickbook account. Not sure how to fix this

I'm glad to learn you're using QuickBooks to handle your payroll. It's important you're able to get this issue addressed and I'll be happy to guide you from here. QuickBooks is a versatile program that offers a ton of features that help you get ahead with your work. 

Based on what you've described, I recommend checking to see how your payroll accounts are mapped.  You can check accounts are mapped through your payroll settings and here's how: click on the Gear icon > select Payroll Settings > and then Accounting. Check and see if the accounts are mapped to your liking. If there's no issue here, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser as this may be a display issue. You can clear cache and cookies using the steps provided in this helpful article here.
