We are at the to print step of payroll on the desktop. We would like to know what happens next as the journal entries have not been posted. Do we hit to print and okay. Or are there other steps missing?

Hi GrumpyFacexx,

 

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Desktop Payroll provides confirmation reports you can view or print.  I'd be happy to help!

 

After you finish creating pay cheques, the confirmation and next steps window opens so you can choose whether you want to Print pay cheques or Print/Email pay stubs, then hit OK,  In the Pay Employees tab, you'll see Reports at the bottom. Select the Payroll Summary or Payroll Detail Review.  A secondary box will appear that enables you to select the Date range and add specific filters, as you feel necessary and hit OK.
