Payroll changes

PAYROLL changes.  We are expected to put in a cel phone # in order to get in to QB payroll info now.  ANOTHER WASTE OF TIME. 

 

  How is the OWNER expected to get in to his company info if I'm not here and also, myself, if my phone isn't with me?
