I accidentally archived a payroll form - is there a way to unarchive it?

Hi AC37,

 

It's great you're using QuickBooks Online Payroll to help you generate your payroll tax forms for submission to the Canada Revenue Agency. Mistakes happen sometimes, and I know how important it is to resolve them. I'll be happy to assist you with this.

 

It sounds like you're using Standard Payroll in your account. In that case, here are the steps to follow to delete the archived form.

 

  1. Select Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
  2. Under Monthly Forms or Annual Forms, select View Archived Forms.
  3. Select the desired form.
  4. Select Delete.
