How to fix a employee cheque that was printed and cashed but somehow is missing from the pay period it belonged to which was a previous pay period?

Based on what you've shared above, you can fix this using the Pay Edits template. In order to get this template you'll have to contact our support team for further assistance. Here's how: 

 

  • Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
