Payroll not syncing to Projects

Thanks for turning to the Community for support! I appreciate you sharing the steps to the work around you've found. I recommend trying these troubleshooting steps as it may be browsing data that is preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do.

1. If you’re using the app, try resetting the data by selecting "Menu" ☰ and tap Help & Feedback. Tap Refresh Data.
2. Try the browser if the app still doesn’t work.
3. Another option is a different browser, incognito or clearing cache in the browser to avoid any hold ups.
4. Restart your device or try a different computer or device as a last resort.
