Payroll tax e-pay not working...I setup my client on epay and have been waiting for QB to fix the module. For the last 2 weeks it shows "Please try again later"

For the last 2 weeks, the payroll module shows "Please try again later. It's not you, it's us. We're working on the issue." And now payroll tax is due in a coupe days but still no resolution. 

Does anyone know what is happening?

It's nice to see you reaching out in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online is currently investigating an issue with the e-pay feature.  Although we don't have an ETA for resolution, our Development Team is working diligently to get this fixed as soon as possible.  If you'd like to receive an email update on the status of this investigation, please contact us.  We'd be happy to gather the necessary information to ensure a notification is sent.  In the interim, the payroll tax remittance method is still manual.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
