I'm excited to see you're looking forward to using the new Overview tab in QuickBooks Online Payroll. This tab was designed to keep you on top of your work so that you'll be able to easily navigate using the payroll module and get your employees paid. Making sure all of the sections of the Overview tab, including the to do list, are working is key. I can help you with this.

 

Knowing more about what you mean when you say it's not working will be helpful to getting things taken care of for you. I've got some initial troubleshooting steps you can try to ensure that whatever you're running into isn't caused by Internet-based issues that impact the QuickBooks Online cloud.
