Payroll to do list not working

I'm excited to see you're looking forward to using the new Overview tab in QuickBooks Online Payroll. This tab was designed to keep you on top of your work so that you'll be able to easily navigate using the payroll module and get your employees paid. Making sure all of the sections of the Overview tab, including the to do list, are working is key. I can help you with this.

I've got some initial troubleshooting steps you can try to ensure that whatever you're running into isn't caused by Internet-based issues that impact the QuickBooks Online cloud. Here are those troubleshooting steps.

• Clear browser cache if using a browser
• Clear the app cache if using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows or Mac
• Try a browser if using the app
• Try a private browser window
• Try another browser type
• Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
• Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device

Try those out one-by-one to see if they resolve the issue you're having with the payroll to do list.
