Paystubs still show old address even though I've updated the company address in various sections

We've recently moved to a new location and I've updated our address in QBO but employee paystubs are still showing the old address - why doesn't the paystub print with the new address? 

 

I've updated each employee individually to the new address, I've changed the general tax info section and changed the company address and legal address in the Accounts and Settings section.  Is there another place that I need to change in order for the paystubs to print the correct address on them?

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Having your company information accurate is key when paying your staff.  QuickBooks Online Payroll enables you to edit your settings as you see necessary.  I'd be happy to assist!

 

Here's how to edit your company information;

 

1. Open Settings ⚙ and then Payroll settings

2. Select the Edit ✎ for the General Tax section

3. Make the necessary changes 

4. Hit Save

 

In addition, from the Payroll settings, select the Edit ✎ for the Contact information section, enter the required fields and hit Save.

Thanks but I'd already done all of those changes as well as changing each employee to the correct work location but the paystubs that I just printed out still have our old work address on them - and that address is not showing up anywhere in my account or in any setting.  I've cleared out my cache and changed my browser but QBO is still pulling our old address.

Just to confirm, after changing the address on your end, have you created a new paystub or are pulling up the ones that existed prior to making the address change?

To confirm, I changed all the addresses that I could find (both in general set up and in Payroll) and then I ran payroll. It still pulled our old address.  I'm wondering if there is another section that I am not aware of that I need to update.  From the online community and help files, I've changed everything that was mentioned but I'm still having this issue.
