Previous years T4 Summary

Hello Mopler! When it comes to managing financial documents in QuickBooks Desktop, I understand how important it is to have access to T4 Summary report. Currently, you only have the option to select either This Calendar Year or Last Calendar Year when generating this report in QuickBooks Desktop.

Let me guide you through how to access the T4 Summary Report:

1. Navigate to the Reports menu.
2. Click Employees & Payroll, then select T4 Summary.
3. Choose either This Calendar Year or Last Calendar Year to pull up the T4 summary.

I understand the importance of accessing T4 Summary reports for prior years. However, this feature isn't available in QuickBooks Desktop as of now. As a workaround, you can adjust your PC's date to the year 2023 to generate the T4 Summary for 2022 and set it to 2024 for the T4 Summary of 2023.
