Printable and Emailed T4 Boxes

I am attempting to email my employees copies of their T4's

When I review them in QB desktop all of the new boxes show up (45 / 16A / 17A) but when I print / email them all of the new boxes do not show up on the printed form. Also, all of the amounts are now in the incorrect boxes on the T4 because of the missing boxes...?

I have attached the new format of the pdf from CRA - The one that I print out of QB is missing all of the new boxes. Maybe I am missing a recent update? Although I do see the new Boxes in the Preview Window

Hello yllek1234,

 

Welcome to Community!  I can understand your concern with the T4 slips, missing boxes, inaccurate information due to the missing boxes. My first suggestion is to ensure your QuickBooks Desktop is updated to the latest release, along with the payroll tax table.
