QB won't give me current pd7a form

It will only give me archived forms. I need current PD7A form for this month

Welcome to Community!  Being able to view your current PD7A is essential to ensure you're paying your remittance accordingly.  QuickBooks Online enables you to view historical forms as well as your current ones.  I'd be happy to assist!

 

Follow these steps to view your current PD7A form;

 

1. From the left menu, open Taxes, then Payroll tax

2. Click on the Payments tab

3. Scroll down and select Remittance forms (monthly)

4. Click on PD7A

5. The current PD7A should appear in the Select the Tax period date field

6. Choose View, then Print
