QBO Employee Payroll Portal

Thanks for joining us again. It's great to see that you're working with the employee portal, Workforce, alongside QuickBooks Online Payroll. This is a great way to make sure your employees have their pay stubs and other important forms for their records. I'd be happy to go over this bit about company contributions with you.

Company contribution information is employer-facing information. This means, while you see if it QuickBooks Online, this is not something that your employees would see. There isn't currently a way to configure this so that it's employee facing, so what I recommend is submitting feedback about this to our product development team.

I know that there are various reasons that business owners want their employees to see certain details, and submitting feedback is a great way to outline that to our product team. They read through the suggestions left by customers and consider them for future updates to the program.
