QBO Payroll

I have been trying to add QBO payroll to a wholesale client for the last five days, I receive a vague error message that "Sorry, we have encountered a problem!  Something went wrong, please try again". I called support and we went through all the basics, clearing cache, incognito window and I was told that it was a known issue, the development team was working on it and I was on a list to be emailed when it was resolved.  Two days later I'm still waiting, my client, that I sold the program on is waiting and I have no information to give them. Is anyone else having this issue or have any information on it?  I now have a call into my account manager but its awkward telling my client I have no idea when this will be fixed.

I appreciate your time and effort in reaching out to our Support Team and performing the troubleshooting steps to add QuickBooks Online Payroll to a wholesale client. I want you to know that the known issue is still in progress or open. Rest assured our engineers are aware of the issue and they're in the process of fixing it as quickly as possible. Although this is being actively looked at, we do not have an ETA for resolution at this time.

Apparently this was not part of the known issue and is still unresolved, with an open Case.  so this is now ongoing over 30 days.

I just cancelled my online subscription for the same reason. I have been on the phone multiple times with quickbooks over the last 2.5 month's. They do not have a fix and have no idea when they will.
