Question

QC Health Services Fund was set to 0

A paycheck that ran 2 weeks ago QBO set "QC Health Services Fund" to 0 for all employees. I don't know why since it should be the same rate every paycheck.

Is there a way to edit this? It's only an employer tax so it shouldn't affect anyone's paycheck.

Hi there bgo1,

It's vital that all your payroll information be entered correctly so that all your yearly payroll totals be accurate. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool able to help you pay your employees for their hours worked as well as calculate the deductions on this pay. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with editing payroll.

In order to know the cause of this pay not having the Quebec Health Service Fund calculated as well as assistance with editing a payroll that was run in the system, you'd need to reach out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view your payroll with you in the system to help you with filling a pay edit request to get this contribution added to your paycheques. You can reach out to them using one of these methods:

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
