Quickbooks is not deducting the basic personal amount from the gross pay before deduction CPP. Are there other subscribes having trouble? It started in December 2020

It's great that you're using QuickBooks Online Payroll to manage all aspects of your business in one place, allowing you to keep organized. Having CPP calculating properly is crucial, and I want to ensure that this is resolved. 

If this has only started happening recently, it could be a performance issue caused by a build up of cache and other site data in your internet browser. I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps, checking between each to see if the CPP is now being calculated correctly: 

• Clear your browser cache if you're using a browser
• Clear the app cache if you're using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows or Mac
• Try a browser if you're using the app
• Try a private browser window
• Try another browser type
• Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
• Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device

If the issue persists, I recommend getting in touch with our support team outside of the Community so that they can take a look at how the program is behaving.
