Quickbooks online employee history

I am trying to reconcile some vacation payable amounts that seem to be out.  I need to see a report of employee payments showing, Gross, Regular pay, OT pay, Bonus pay, Stat pay, vacation accrued, vacation paid and don't see that available.  I also need to see a report that shows the balance of vacation pay at any point in history.

I appreciate you reaching out here.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online provides detailed reports, for every area of your books.  These are customizable, so you can see what matters most.  I'd be happy to help!

 

To review employee payments, follow these steps;

 

1. Open Reports

2. In the Search field, type Payroll summary by employee

3. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to select the Pay date

4. Select Customize

5. Choose the Employee and What to include

6. Hit Run report

 

To view vacation balances, search Vacation and Sick Leave > Customize > select the Employee, then run report.
