Quickbooks Online Payroll being used concurrently between US & Canadian Subsidiary

Currently, my company uses QB Online Payroll for our US based company. We are now starting a subsidiary in Canada and I'm wondering if we can continue to use our QB Online account for payroll between the two branches or if I have to get a separate QB Online Payroll account for our Canadian side.
