QuickBooks Payroll plans are going up in price. I would like to downgrade my plan to Payroll Core before I get billed in three days. How can I do this?

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  I can understand your concerns with QuickBooks Online Payroll pricing, and realize this can be difficult for small business owners.  I would be happy to assist, so you can make the necessary changes to your plan as soon as possible!

Follow these steps, to select your QuickBooks Online Payroll plan;

1. Log into your QuickBooks Online account as a Primary or Company Admin

2. Open your Settings ⚙, then Account and settings

3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab

4. Make sure your payment info is up-to-date

5. In the QuickBooks Online Payroll section, select Downgrade your plan.
