Refund Payroll deduction for health and dental

Hello,

 

We have over deducted on an employe's health and dental payment. I've tried to correct it by putting a negative number in the override screen, but I get the error "Looks like some of your pay items are incorrect. Please fix the highlighted areas before you continue."

 

I found these instructions for Quickbooks Desktop, but is there a way to do this with Quickbooks online?

The amount of the refund exceeds the normal deduction for the pay period.
