Hello dianenguyen,

I see you're still working away with ROEs in QuickBooks Online. I know they can be a bit of a complicated for to be working with, and it's good to be double-checking your information so that you can be sure the form is submitted with accurate information. I can help shed some light on this.

There are a number of reasons that block 15C wouldn't match the gross pay in the list, such as if you entered prior payroll details for your employees or if you have a situation where vacation or overtime is paid out. When it comes to ROEs, what calculations show up in which blocks is determined in terms of for which pay period an item is earned or in which pay period an item is paid. For something like vacation payouts or overtime, that's logged in the pay period in which it was received. I recommend the following articles from the CRA website to become more familiar with how ROEs work since QuickBooks Online is designed to follow the regulations set there.

If you'd like, our team can take a closer look at your setup and pay runs with you to determine why you're seeing a different number in block 15C than the gross pay amount like you're expecting. There are a few ways to get in touch, so feel free to go with whichever you prefer.
