ROE Block 16

Need help! I am trying to create an ROE for an employee but I keep getting the following error message. 

I am using Quit  E00  for the reason for issuing this ROE.

 

These blocks have missing or invalid info. You won't be able to download the ROE BLK file until it's resolved:

 

  • Block 16

Let's make sure you're able to submit your Record of Employment in QuickBooks Online, Chazia.

 

The error you're getting can be brought about by missing or invalid employee or ROW information. You'll need to double-check the details before generating the file.

  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Enter your query in Type something field.
