Running my first payroll. Direct Deposit is set up. Says Payment method “direct deposit” when I run the pay cheque it says “pay by cheque” ?

If Direct deposit has been set up correct, you should be able to click on the drop down arrow beside "Payment method" and choose Direct deposit. If you're unable to see the Direct deposit option, I suggest trying in a private browser, as sometimes browsing data can accumulate on your system and prevent the software from doing what it is supposed to do. Here are some shortcuts you can try depending on the browser you're using:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N
