Sending Paystubs to Employer

There's 7 employees in this company. I know how to send paystubs out individually by email through Quickbooks Desktop. I'm having trouble figuring out how to send out how to combine all the 7 paystubs into 1 PDF form and send it out to the manager.

Being able to email paystubs as a PDF is one of the ways QuickBooks Desktop lets you save time and effort. I'd be happy to help you email all the paystubs out as 1 PDF.

 

When running your payroll schedule all employees that are in the same schedule will show up in the list. What you'd need to do is make sure all employees are check marked in the enter payroll information screen. From there just click continue, create paycheques and then you'll see an option to print or email. Select print and when selecting the printer choose the PDF printing option. That PDF will have all the paystubs for every employee from the scheduled payroll saved in it. Just attach it to an email and send it out.
