Setting up payroll for Quick books payroll Standard for seven employees. keep getting message that am missing info for some employees. please advise

do I need to have email addresses and phone numbers to setup. Have all sin numbers,tax info rates etc.  Does workforce need to be setup.  Want to add history for 2023 for employees but cannot reach that step it says I am missing stuff for employees

It's important to note that you don't need to set up Workforce in order to complete setting up payroll in QuickBooks. That being said, I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead.
