Somehow, direct deposit information has been chaged for one employee. How can the issue be handeled

Direct deposit information including (account number, ytrasit number) is changed in quick books. We do not know who chaged it, and money went to wrong account

Hi there manpreet-sbtruck,

 

it's important your employees receive the correct amount for the hours they've worked. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to pay your employees by direct deposit or by paper cheque for the work they've done. I can point you in the right direction for assistance. 

 

If your employee didn't receive their pay, or it was deposited in an incorrect account, you'd need to reach out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community as soon as possible. They'll be able to provide assistance in making sure your employee gets paid. You can reach them using these methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
