Question

T4's are not availabe in the payroll tax filings tab? The client has run payroll all of 2022, and has an active subscription?

I can not choose 2022 from any drop down menu. All of the PD7A's have been archived, and can see all payroll data posted accordingly.

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to access the T4 slips in QuickBooks Online, so you can provide them to your staff in a timely fashion.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

If you haven't done so already, I recommend clearing cache on your browser.  I'd also suggest trying other browsers such as Safari, Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, Private or Incognito.   Log into your QuickBooks Online account and proceed to prepare, send and submit your T4 slips.  The date should automatically default to the 2022 tax period.
