T4 slips printing all black

I'm trying to print T4 slips for 2021.  They are printing a full page of black.  I've tried updating Quickbooks, I've tried printing to a different printer, I've tried rebooting my computer.  Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi, Did you get answer as to why the copies were coming out black? I am trying to print T4s and they are printing black.

    No answer yet.  I shouldn't be happy that you're having an issue as well, but I'm relieved that it's probably something related to Quickbooks and not my computer or printers.  Hopefully someone will help soon.

    It is not the printers. Trying to get answer from quick books is a challenge. I am going to see if I can export the t4 forms. Hoping I have that option.

    I can't get mine to print at all.  I have never had an issue in the past and I've been using the software since 2006.

    Same, I can't get them to print at all, nothing happens when I click on the print button.

    I called Quickbooks and unfortunately, they weren't much help.  Never did determine what the problem was.  I tried using the Quickbooks Tool Hub to fix issue but that did not work.  Still printing a full page of BLACK.  What I ended up doing was printing the T4s to a PDF Writer and then printing them as PDFs.  This is more work but the only way to get them printed.  Quickbooks has NO RESOLVE for this issue.  I've been printing T4s from Quickbooks for 11 years and have never had this problem.  They don't seem to really care about the issue.  I found my own way to fix the problem...can't really rely on them to help.

    This fix did not work.  Still printing a full page of BLACK.
