Tangerine Bank for Direct Deposit

Hello, 

 

My employer is stating that my Tangerine bank account can't be setup for direct deposit payroll because the account number is 10 digits and quickbooks only allows 7 digits. The direct deposit form from Tangerine has the 10 digit code. 

 

Any help would be appreciated for how I can have these connected for direct deposit.
