The Overview tab is not showing up o my clients Projects centre... why?

Hi anitachisholm-ea,

 

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online Projects feature is a great way to record, organize and track all areas of your current and upcoming jobs.  It's important that you're able to see the project overview at a glance.  I'll be glad to assist!

 

Based on the information you've provided, I recommend clearing cache on your browser.  I'd also suggest logging into your QuickBooks account with a private or incognito browser.  Once you've logged back in, ensure that you've Selected the project.  Open the Transactions tab to see if there are items listed.  Once this has been confirmed, select the Overview tab.
