Welcome to Community!  It's essential that you're able to complete your daily tasks in QuickBooks Online without complication.  I'd be glad to help!

 

First and foremost, if you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser.  I also recommend trying other browsers such as Firefox, Safari, Edge, Google Chrome, Private or Incognito.  If you experience the outcome, please contact us outside of Community.  We'd be happy to work with you directly and look further into the unexpected behavior from our end, so you can complete your QuickBooks goals in a timely fashion.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
