The "Run Payroll" button is not working. It just refreshes to the main page. How can I rectify this?

I can help route you to the right support that can assist you with processing the payroll. We are aware of this issue and this is currently being prioritized and investigated by our Payroll Team.

In the meantime, please reach out to our Online Payroll Specialist so they can help run the payroll for you.

Here's how you can reach them:

1. Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_CA/contact.
2. Select QuickBooks Online.
3. Choose a payroll topic.
4. Click the Start a Message tab.

Also, provide them this investigation number 31645 so they can sign you up to receive email updates as soon as they become available.
