When entering a new timesheet entry, our default activity was always hours. All of a sudden it is defaulting to sales. How to I change the default back to hours?

Hi Angela07,

 

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Time is a great way to allow your employees to track their time from anywhere.  It's essential that you're able to see the hours when entering a new timesheet.  I'll be happy to point you in the right direction so you can get back to what you love!

 

Based on the information you've provided, I recommend reaching out to QuickBooks Time support.  They'll have to ability to take a look at the issue from their end and ensure you're able to complete your goals.
