Trying to connect bank for payrolls but during the validation i enter the amount sent by quickbooks but it doesn't work. It s take 2 days for another try its too much

If you're trying to verify the test transactions for activating the bank account for payroll but got locked out, you'll need to get in touch with our Support Team. They can unlock the verification so you can enter the correct information again.

 

Please contact our team during our operating hours during Mon-Fri 8 AM - 9 PM ET and Sat 9 AM - 6 PM ET. Here are the steps to contact us:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Enter your query in Type something field.
  4. Press Contact Us.
  5. Add the details of your concern, then select Continue.
  6. Pick a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
