Trying to pay my payroll deductions w CRA. Typically the link to form (PD7A?) is on the top right of QBO Payroll Tax Center, off of Taxes from main menu. Where is now?

I'm so glad you've decided to use QuickBooks Online with Payroll to keep all of your bookkeeping tasks organized in one place. Since you've mentioned accessing the PD7A, that means you're using the Standard Payroll product. This is an awesome choice, and I'd be happy to walk you through the steps for accessing this form in QBO.

Follow these steps in the account: 

1. From the left menu, select Taxes.

2. Select Payroll Tax.

3. Under the Forms section, select Monthly Forms or Quarterly Forms.

4. Select PD7A.

5. Choose the desired time period you'd like to run the report for.

If you're not seeing your form after following the steps above, try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser. There may be a bug in your browser causing certain areas of the account to have loading issues. You can also try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome.
