Question

Trying to re enter the deleted paycheques, when I select the pay period from the drop down menu, it only goes back so far. Need another 2 mths options to choose from?

How can I add older pay periods to the drop down menu when issuing a paycheque?

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great way to pay your staff with confidence.  When something arises where you need to delete pay cheques, the option is available and you can recreate them to ensure accuracy.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you're in the right direction for meeting your goals!

 

To successfully re-create a pay cheque it must be within six months of the pay date.  If you're not seeing the required date range, review the time frame for the cheques.  If it exceeds the six months,  I suggest contacting us so we can work with you independently and gather the necessary information to re-enter them for you from our end.
